INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

RETURNS

Pistachios accepts items for return within 15 days of purchase.    We are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the purchase or to exchange your purchase for another item.  Store credit will be valid for one year.  However, Pistachios does not provide refunds.

Any item returned must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Pistachios will require a 50% deposit.   Most special orders will be treated as final sales. Therefore returns are not accepted. However, depending on the nature of the order, there are some exceptions where exchanges or store credits are allowed; so please call us for further information.
