Geometric Grid Pendant

Myriam Saavedra

One of a kind enamel on copper necklace is paired with sterling silver chain. White enamel base with layered pink, pearlescent gold and a black grid front surface.  Lobster claw makes chain easy to be shortened to your desired length.

Pendant is approximately 4" in length and 2.75" in width. Chain length is 20" at longest but can be shortened.

This Necklace is on view as a part of "Timeless Cure", an exhibition featuring artists that are using a timeless craft to create contemporary pieces that connect materials through centuries. Enamel is a technique dating back to the 18th century. It is powdered or liquid glass that is fired on sterling silver, steel or copper in a kiln that cures to a solid glossy or matte finish on the surface of the metal. CLICK HERE to view the rest of the work from the exhibition.
