Sweet and seductive necklace from So Young Park's "Splashing Water" Series.
The circular silver pendant is a hollow form with engraved edges, and an interior cavity filled with natural pearls and individually set free moving silver wire pistils. A simple chain made of twisted wire links with a lobster claw clasp which can be removed and replaced if desired.
Water dropping into a pond is elegantly translated into metal due to Park's immeasurable skill.

So Young Park is a South Korean artist living and working in the US. Park has found the seaside village of her childhood to be an endless source of inspiration for her masterful organic designs.
