This nautical brooch by Carina Shoshtary makes a refined, contemporary statement. Shoshtary combines found materials and bioplastic in her pieces to juxtapose the familiar and the unfamiliar. This piece is informed by the history of the snail shell encased within it, showcasing oceanic shapes and forms spiraling outwards from the center.

Fireworks in the Rain, featuring five renowned international artists, explores the productive tension between apparent opposites — fragility and strength, fire and water, luminosity and weight, monumentality and delicacy. Much like fireworks persisting through rain, the selected works embody paradox: jewelry that appears substantial yet proves unexpectedly light; pieces where scale contradicts material perception; color combinations that defy expectation; and forms where contrast becomes harmony.
