FAQ's

What is your return policy? 
Pistachios offers exchanges or store credit within 15 days after a purchase has been made; or 15 days from the date of receipt. If gifting the item, please provide the date that you intend to gift so that we may confirm if that date is eligible. Store credit is valid for one year. Any item returned must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured if it is shipped. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment.

Pistachios does not offer credit card or cash refunds. 

Items on sale, special orders, and select exhibition pieces are final sale.

How do I submit my work to your gallery?
We are currently a full gallery, however, we are always happy to take a look at new work! We will keep your application on file for review.  All you need to do is email us a copy of your line sheets and image samples as well as your name and the best way to contact you. Do you provide repairs? 
After careful examination by one of our team members for misuse or incorrect treatment, Pistachios may cover the repair cost up to 1 year after purchase. The total repair cost factors in the cost of shipping the item to and from the artist, in addition to the artist's repair fee. We typically only provide repairs on pieces that were purchased through Pistachios, however, we do provide simple chain repairs as well. 

Can my ring be re-sized?
Yes! We work with a local jeweler and our artists for re-sizing rings. We will only size up (or down) 2 ring sizes. There are some rings that simply cannot be re-sized, depending on the material and/or stone settings. 

What if I don't know my ring size?
Stop by our River North gallery and we will happily size your finger for you.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
Pistachios accepts Visa, MaterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and cash. We reserve the right to ask for additional identification when making a purchase. 

How do you ship?
We do our best to package our objects with care to ensure it arrives safely. We typically ship via UPS Ground, but in some instances we ship via USPS.  For the most part, we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
