Emmeline Hastings is one of five artists represented in the Fireworks in the Rain exhibition. Hastings creates organic "landscapes" by methodically embedding metal fragments into carved acrylic forms. This translucent brooch is speckled with assorted fragments of argentium silver, flush to the contours of the acrylic base. Three diamonds are set along the bottom curve, adding a sophisticated sparkle to this statement piece.
