Samantha Skelton

Pittsburgh, PA

Samantha Skelton graduated from Edinboro University in 2009 with a BFA in Fine Art & Art History and proceeded to Miami University where she earned an MFA in metalsmithing in 2012. Her jewelry ranges from limited production and one-of-a-kind pieces for galleries, to custom jewelry and bridal designs.

In 2016, after several years of showcasing her work in local trade shows and regional festivals, Samantha opened Skelton Jewelry in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lawrenceville.

Currently, all pieces are designed and crafted on-site in the Lawrenceville location by Sam and her assistant Rachael. Both traditional and modern metalsmithing techniques are used to create unique pieces out of recycled metals and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones.

Samantha was featured in Pistachio's winter 2022 exhibition 'Pistachios Artist Series I' along side Lisa Crowder, Heather Guidero, and Aimee Petkus
