Rebecca Ilett - Luncheon Brooch

Precious Collective

$3,495.00

UK-based artist Rebecca Ilett's Things Unsaid collection features four brooches created using objects and materials from her collection of archival materials. This piece, Luncheon, is inspired by the illustrations of Richard Scary, trays of food, market scenes, dolls house food, the charm of playing as a practice for real life. I am fascinated by the idea of wearing a portable menu and organizing a worn version of a messy eaten meal with the inevitable spillage on to clean clothes.

Materials: Sterling Silver, Polymer Clay, Enamel, Steel

Size: Approximately 2.25" in length, 1.5" in width and 0.5" in depth

This piece is part of our Fall 2025 exhibition, Things Unsaid, in collaboration with Precious Collective. Click here to shop the entire exhibition.
