Exchange Policy + Repairs

Exchange Policy: We hope you are happy with your choice of work. However, in case you want to bring it back, Pistachios offers exchanges or store credit within 15 days of purchase; or 15 days from the date of receipt. If gifting the item, please provide the date that you intend to gift so that we may confirm if that date is eligible. Store credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued. We do not provide refunds. Any item returned must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured if it is shipped. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL EXHIBITION SALES ARE FINAL.


Repairs: After examination by our staff to inspect for signs of misuse or incorrect treatment, Pistachios will cover most repair costs up to 1 year after purchase. The total repair cost factors in the cost of shipping the item to and from the artist, in addition to the artist's repair fee. 


Holiday Exchange Policy: Our holiday exchange policy is similar to our gift exchange policy. If you are purchasing a gift, notify staff of the day the gift will be given to recipient and they will have 15 days from the day of gifting to return it to the gallery. If the gift is being mailed back to us, you must get in contact with us and send us tracking information within 15 days of receipt. For the holidays, we honor exchanges/store credit up to January 10th. 


*Pistachios is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been picked up by a mail carrier service.  If you would like additional insurance on your package please contact us.
